AP Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. AP Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the AP Technologies, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 1-2 days of delivery.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
Items damaged due to misuse, soldering, short circuits, or modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@electroparticle.in with your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to assist and confirm the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective part), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong item), the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.
Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the product is damaged due to customer handling, no refund will be issued.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of defective or non-working items, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. We will ship a replacement after verifying the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Used or soldered components
- Custom orders or kits
- Software or downloadable content
- Items returned without original packaging
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; in such cases, follow the return process.
