How It Works

Trigger Pulse: Send a 10µs HIGH pulse to the Trig pin.
Ultrasonic Burst: The sensor emits an 8-cycle ultrasonic burst at 40kHz.
Echo Pulse: The Echo pin goes HIGH until the reflected sound is detected.
Distance Calculation:
- Measure the duration of the HIGH pulse on Echo.
- Distance (cm) = (Echo Pulse Time × Speed of Sound) / 2
  - Speed of sound ≈ 343 m/s (or 0.0343 cm/µs)
  - Formula: Distance (cm) = (Pulse Time (µs) × 0.0343) / 2
  - Simplified: Distance = Pulse Time / 58 (for cm)
